Here are some simple terms and conditions.

1. We do work in light drizzle / showers / fog and general dull days - but prefer nice sunny warm weather

2. If - due to human imperfection - we make a mistake or if the rain / weather, has ruined certain windows and you feel the windows are not cleaned to our usual high standards - PLEASE LET US KNOW. In fact, if you tell us WITHIN 2 DAYS of us cleaning your windows - we will come straight back and make good any mistake or weather affected window.

3. We are fully insured and have liability insurance

4. Please pay promptly via cash / cheque or online payment within 7 working days
